'45 MINUTE || STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING || FULL BODY WEIGHTED WORKOUT'

'Hello Fitness Friends, This workout will focus on STRENGTH and CONDITIONING.  We will be mindful of toning and shaping as we work through a FULL BODY training.   Today we will highlight range, along with the use of weight to bring us the best results in our time together.  Listen to your body as you progress with additional range and your heavy weight.  Pay close attention to any strain in your back, and lessen your range or lighten the weights at anytime to alleviate the tension or pull.  Your body will be challenged as we combine lower and upper body movements to create more intensity  in our 45 MINUTES!  I will coach you, and encourage you to push through the tough and maintain strong form and posture in all your movements.  This is my first workout at home in quite a while.  I mention this, because you may not have a beautiful backdrop of nature behind me, but my dogs will entertain you for sure! Get ready to see them go cuckoo!  They were so full of energy!  I hope this is a pleasant distraction as you join me in this video.  I should have called it the Luna and Lizzie Dog Edition.  For the LOVE of working out, let\'s do this TOGETHER!   ~April  Equipment needed:  Set of dumbbells  I used my heavy [10 lbs].  Mat and water to hydrate!   Get to know me- YOU can be ANYWHERE and WE can BE together! I have enjoyed inspiring others to connect to health and fitness in a fun and positive way.  My form focused and user friendly approach has a way of instilling strength, endurance and mind/body unity.  My fitness focus does not just live and stay in just my at-home workouts.  I have created a lifestyle that embraces and brings physical challenges, long distance endurance and mental strength to the outdoors.  I have ran full marathons, half marathons, some triathlons, and hiked Mount Whitney 20 times. This brings long term commitment to my own personal development and determination.
